About Me

I am a Software Architect at Cadence Design Systems, Bangalore, with extensive experience in building SoC Virtual and Hybrid platforms that accelerate early software development and performance tuning.

Over the years I have designed and delivered IP modeling infrastructure, modelled complex IPs such as DMAs, Interconnects and full system integrations. I am well versed in every generation of virtual-platform methodology from C/C++ based SSI (Simulation System Interface) right through to industry-standard SystemC / TLM 2.0.

I have built several transactors bridging industry memories (DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5) with a fast coherent SystemC memory sub-system, a DSI Display Host Controller interface and a CSI-2 Camera device transactor for RTL co-simulation.

Outside work, I love experimenting with modern C++, learning new programming paradigms, writing for my tech blog, and creating simple programs to introduce kids to coding.

Hobbies & Passion Projects

Beyond the day job — things I build, learn, and explore purely for the joy of it.

Creating Educational Content

I build interactive web-based learning portals to make school subjects engaging for kids. My learnr project hosts structured lessons covering Maths, Science and Social Science — complete with equations, diagrams and quizzes, all rendered in the browser.

Manim Animations

I use Manim — the mathematical animation engine made famous by 3Blue1Brown — to produce programmatic, publication-quality animations that explain complex technical and mathematical concepts visually. A great intersection of code, creativity and pedagogy.

Exploring the Power of LLMs

I enjoy experimenting with Large Language Models — from prompt engineering and RAG pipelines to building small agentic tools. I find the intersection of LLMs with EDA and verification tooling particularly exciting, exploring where AI can accelerate hardware design workflows.

Building Arcade Games

I love crafting classic arcade experiences entirely in vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript — no frameworks, just pure web fun. My games repo currently hosts nine playable games:
